Had an issue with the 2021 E6 Daily  overheating early July, We were travelling in the area and they managed to squeeze me in within a week of me calling them. 1 hour later problem fixed. Turned out a fuse had blown. I never thought to ask which one, so a couple of weeks later, same issue. We are out bush near Mt Garrett but fortunately had phone reception. I rang and spoke to the Service Receptionist again. Within 20 minutes I had an email from her telling me which fuse and also a diagram to show which one. Highly recommend these guys, they are Iveco Service Agents. Best Service I've had from any Iveco service centre since I got the the truck. Special thanks to the lovely Service Reception lady!

Two month later we had problems with the transmission. We couldn't find a single workshop in North Queensland that could help us. RSC Diesels Cairns  with iits competent and friendly team helped us quickly and solved the problem - and at a fair price !!! We were very grateful and we are able to continue our journey.
