Founding Director Ross Nucifora continues to lead the company with the same vision and commitment as he started out as a twenty-one-year-old sole trader. A fully qualified Heavy Commercial Diesel Mechanic, Ross has specialised over the years in engine work, heavy industrial, and Diesel Fleet Maintenance.
Ross as a Manager is meticulously organised, works holistically and is committed to fostering long-term client relationships and supporting the overall team in all aspects of sales, customer service and administration processes.
Ross completed his apprenticeship in 1994, making him a fully qualified tradesman at 19 years of age. The first home of RSC Diesels was the corner Munro and Mill St, Babinda.
26 years ago, Naomi married into the business and initially ran the office and all accounts and administration. The overall growth in that time at RSC Diesels has allowed Naomi to branch out into more creative endeavors that are both projects and people-orientated. Some of what Naomi does for the team these days can be covered in business promotion, events, staff recruitment, and HR.
