For a smaller team we sure pack a punch when it comes to delivering specialist services and “getting the job done.” We’ve had a huge year with a lot of growth and changes happening, and thank our team for being on board and meeting the mark.
Every year we take time to recognise the efforts of a few standout employees with special awards. This year these were presented over the weekend at our annual Christmas Party.
Without further ado we’d like to publicly acknowledge these people.
Employee of the Year – Richard Harm (Parts Manager)
Most Consistent Employee – Gian-Luca Gualtieri (2nd year apprentice)
Hug the Cactus Award – is an unusual award but is given to someone who has embraced challenging circumstances to come out on top – this year it was awarded to Riley Sherwood (Mature aged Apprentice)
And the Rose amongst the thorns, Lauren Hesp – who received a special award the “Long Service Loyalty Award” for her 10 years of committed service.
